Join Angela Dodge, RD, HBSc, in this insightful webinar as she explores the connection between childhood ADHD and iron deficiency. ADHD is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders in children, while iron deficiency anemia remains the most widespread nutritional deficiency globally. Although iron deficiency doesn’t directly cause ADHD, low iron levels can hinder cognitive development, exacerbate ADHD symptoms, and contribute to behavioral challenges. This webinar will examine the link between iron deficiency and ADHD, when and why to test iron levels, who would benefit from supplementation, and how to effectively deliver iron to children. Let’s make nutrition a vital part of managing childhood ADHD and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
