Joseph Pannell is a former chronic insomniac turned specialist in sleep medicine, was trained at the Edinburgh Sleep Medicine Course. Now, he dedicates his time to helping others overcome insomnia through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi). As the author of two sleep books, which have sold tens of thousands of copies worldwide, Joseph actively participates in various initiatives with the Sleep Charity, including conducting webinars to support better sleep for employees and collaborating with institutions on similar initiatives. While Joseph has also collaborated with institutions like the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and NHS Health Education England to provide staff training, his primary focus remains on private practice, offering personalised support to help clients overcome insomnia via Zoom consultations.
