Led by Chloe Hall, RD, BSc, MSc, this session will explore the underlying mechanisms of histamine intolerance, its impact on overall health, and how individuals can identify and manage this condition through dietary adjustments, lifestyle changes, and supplements. Chloe is a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years experience in the NHS. She founded The Calm Gut Dietitian to support patients suffering with gut health issues, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, histamine intolerance, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) or post covid symptoms. Chloe has acted as an advisor to the IBS Network, the UK’s national charity for IBS, since 2018. She sits on the dietetic advisory board of Mast Cell Action and is a media spokesman for the British Dietetic Association.
