In this webinar, Talia Cecchele (Founder & Lead Dietitian at TCN / EDU Therapy Lead at the Nightingale Hospital) explore the distinction between food rules and balanced, sustainable healthy eating habits. Participants will learn how to identify and challenge restrictive food rules that may negatively impact their relationship with food, while embracing a more intuitive, flexible approach to nourishment that promotes long-term health and well-being.

Talia Cecchele is a registered dietitian specialising in eating disorders and disordered eating. She has over 10 years of clinical experience and is the Founder and Lead Dietitian at Talia Cecchele Nutrition, a virtual clinic with a team of registered dietitians specialising in eating disorders, disordered eating, digestive issues and sports nutrition.
