Join Ekaterina Vasileva for an informative webinar on “The Endometriosis-Diet Connection,” where we will explore the pathophysiology, prevalence, and impact of endometriosis. This condition affects 1 in 10 women worldwide and can lead to significant challenges in menstruation, fertility, and overall quality of life due to chronic pain and hormonal imbalances.

Ekaterina Vasileva is a registered dietitian and a certified personal trainer with a huge desire to help people through the power of nutrition and physical activity. With a strong passion for fertility and women’s health, I focus on supporting individuals with PCOS, menopause, and endometriosis through evidence-based nutrition strategies. With patient-centered care at the core of my work, I am dedicated to supporting individuals in optimising their nutrition based on their specific health conditions, empowering them to achieve better well-being and quality of life.

In this session, we’ll delve into how dietary factors—particularly an anti-inflammatory approach—can help manage symptoms of endometriosis. Key topics include the role of omega-3 fatty acids, gut health, vitamin D, and magnesium, along with the use of supplements. A real-life case study will demonstrate these dietary influences in practice.

Additionally, the webinar will emphasize the importance of collaborative care, which involves gynecologists, pain specialists, physiotherapists, and mental health professionals. We’ll discuss how addressing both dietary changes and the emotional/psychological impacts of the disease can significantly improve the quality of life for those living with endometriosis.
