Join Dr Emily Leeming for this insightful webinar on the power of gut-brain connection. This bidirectional communication pathway allows signals to travel from the gut to the brain and vice versa, influencing mood, cognition, and overall well-being.

Dr Emily Leeming is a registered dietitian and microbiome postdoc at King’s College London, looking at the influence of diet on the gut microbiome. She has recently launched her own consultancy after being the senior scientist at health tech company ZOE for nearly 4 years, working on the PREDICT data in close collaboration with Harvard University. Her work now centres around the close connection between food and mood, in particular the gut-microbiota-brain axis from a clinical and research perspective.
